My December Rave is all about ‘KISS” – keeping It Short and Simple’. And the ‘It’ is every workplace interaction – every phone conversation, every face-to-face, every meeting facilitation and, most importantly, every presentation.
Keeping everything short and simple is easy to understand but difficult to do. Maybe that’s why most people don’t do it at all… or even try. But others will notice and appreciate it when you do.
