An amazing audio book written and read by the visionary head of Google’s innovative People Operations group. Lots of impressive stories about how Google recruits, hires, trains, rewards and leads it’s people. With each chapter, Bock provides a succinct summary of how the key concepts and strategies can work in any size company. One of the best books I’ve ever encountered!
