* Clear vs. confusing, vague, contradictory
* Conversational vs. stuffy, pretentious, nfriendly, mechanical
* Concise vs. wordy, rambly, repetitious, redundant
* Consistent vs. variety for its own sake
* Credible vs. lame because of lack of support or focus
* Compelling vs. boring, trite or bland
* Correct vs. factual, spelling and grammatical errors.
