Inspiring Leadership

My most recent contribution to PR Consultant Carol Roth’s popular Business Unplugged blog was for her “100+ of the Best, Most Inspirational Leadership Quotes” article – https://www.carolroth.com/blog/top-leadership-quotes/#smallbiz. Thanks for the great exposure, Carol.

She curated dozens of inspirational quotes from successful leaders that can help take businesses or teams to the next level. I was very pleased that two of my own ‘Stellar Leadership’ comments made the cut – see #80:

“There is no ‘I’ in ‘team’, but there is a ‘me’. So make me feel welcome, valued and  important if I’m on your team.”

“A camel is a horse designed by a team. A giraffe is a horse designed by a cross-    functional team. A rhino is a horse designed by a self-directed team. And an elephant is a horse designed by a team led by the boss.”

I also sent in one, just for laughs, that didn’t make the cut:

‘You can get farther with a kind word and a gun than you can with just a kind word.’

Al Capone, 20th century gangster, business owner and opera lover, (played by Robert DiNiro), ‘The Untouchables’, (1987).

And … you can quote us.
